Standard Return Conditions
To qualify for a return local to our premium standards, items must remain in their original state: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.
30-Day Evaluation Period
We operate a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of delivery to request your return.
Initiating Your Request
Please reach out to our support team to begin. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label and specific instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be accepted by our receiving department.
Processing, Approval, and Refunds
After inspection, we will confirm the status of your refund. Approved requests are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the funds.
Exclusions and Non-Returnable Goods
Automated returns exclude sale items, gift cards, and custom orders. We also cannot accept perishable items, personal care products, or hazardous materials. Please contact our support team for specific concerns.
Product Swap
We do not provide direct exchanges. To secure a different item quickly, please complete a return for your current item and place a new order through our store.
Support for Delayed Refunds
If your refund is missing after 15 business days, please verify with your bank or credit provider first. If the transaction is still not visible, our support team is ready to assist you in investigating the status.
Logistics and Fees
Return logistics are the responsibility of the customer. A fixed $8 return fee applies, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. This fee will be deducted from your final reimbursement total.
